What does it look like: only soups, salads, broccoli, chicken breast or can you indulge yourself from time to time? And what about the workouts? Which exercises to perform: mainly cardio or only abs? In order to help you getting leaner and fitter, the NXT Level experts have set up the 30-day NXT Shape program, that relies on 3 pillars: 1) A varied and balanced diet, 2) A regular physical activity and 3) the NXT Shape shakes to help you manage cravings.

The first one is 100% focused on nutrition. Starting with nutrition fundamentals and the definition of your needs, the booklet contains with 21 easy, delicious and balanced recipes. They are allocated into a 30-day meal plan, in order to help you lose body fat.

The second booklet focuses on workouts. They have been designed by the fitness experts of Basic-Fit in order to help you tone up. A series of four 30-min workouts is detailed with pictures, videos and tips. They require almost no material so they can be performed anywhere and at any time. They are also allocated in a 30-day workout plan.
