Description
Get into the halloween spirit with these festive cookies!
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients together. (Oat flour, protein powder, coconut blossom sugar and baking powder)
Add the coconut oil and then mix again.
Beat the eggs together with the almond extract and add it to the mixture. Mix it with a spatula and then continue with your hands until you get a dough ball that doesn't stick to the bowl. Then add the almonds.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Shape the dough into a rectangle (25x15cm) and place on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the biscuit from the oven and let it cool for 20 minutes. After this, you can cut the biscuit into slices (2cm). Then bake these again for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through.
Let them cool again. For a Halloween effect, coat the biscuits with a mix of Greek yoghurt and cream cheese. Add extra detail with melted chocolate.
