The 65 gram bar contains 37 grams of carbohydrates, which are well divided between complex carbohydrates and simple sugars (mono- and disaccharides). The oat flakes also make it a source of fiber.
This bar also tastes delicious: the base contains a lot of oats, topped with a generous layer of cappucino-flavoured cream. No punishment by eating this energy bar
