"I have only been working out for a short time. I started exercising to gain weight and build more muscle, so my goal is to gain healthy weight and build more muscle through strength training and nutrition. I try to achieve my goals by exercising structurally, by following a training schedule. I try to optimally stimulate the process through nutrition. I started to eat more consciously. From now on I will stay away from certain things, such as: soft drinks, biscuits, chips, etc. I will replace this with healthy and delicious things such as rice crackers with chicken / peanut butter. I currently use proteins from NXT level, pre workout, BCAA and bars!"
