"When I was 15 (now I am 22) I did taekwondo. But this became boring, so I was looking for a new challenge. I singed in by the gym together with my parents. It started with some cardio, but since 4/3 years fitness became my passion. My goal is to stay fit and build muscles. Normally I train 5/6 times a week, but because of my new job I need to reduce this to 2/3x a week. I try to reach my goals to go one step further in weight or reps by each training. Besides that I try to eat enough protein every day and the muscle builder bar helps me with this. I love the taste of these bars, so it is definitely not a punishment to eat this bar every day!"
