"I started working out since September 2015. I trained 3 times a week, but now I train 6 times in a week. I was never really skinny or fat. The main reason why I started with workouts, was that I wanted to feel fitter and eventually being confident. Later I experienced that there are enormous benefits on all fronts in life.
