Jurgen van Crombruggen
'Hey my name is Jurgen Van Crombruggen and have been practicing yoga for over 16 years.
As a Yoga Teacher I teach no less than 5 different styles of yoga: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini and Dynamic Aqua Yoga.
I mainly focus on the experience that I make myself richer while practicing. I refine myself in awareness, feeling development.
The nutrition I take is essential to protect myself from injuries but also to keep my energy level high, to let my vitality shine that is a priority.
I also consciously choose vegan and nutrition food from NXT Level.
As a Yoga Teacher I always give the best of myself and enjoy my students' smiles and satisfaction when they have enjoyed another powerful lesson from me.
