A Functional Breakfast
Your breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That's why it's just as important to fuel your body as efficiently as possible for the rest of the day.
It should make you feel saturated, it should contain sufficient nutrients and macronutrients: carbohydrates, proteins and fats. These will give you enough energy to get through the morning. A healthy breakfast also includes a lot of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Don’t forget to drink 1 or 2 glasses of water or tea in the morning because your body needs fluids after a long night.
