Description
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180degrees.
2. Butter and line a 23x32cm baking tin with baking parchment.
3. Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
4. Beat the yolks with the sugar until creamy.
5. Beat the egg whites until white peaks.
6. Mix the flour, cacao, baking powder and salt together.
7. Add the egg yolks mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix.
8. Add the white eggs peaks to the other ingredients. Gently fold into the mixture.
9. Pour it in the tin. Bake for 10 mins.
10. While baking the cake, mix the other ingredients. Whip the mascarpone with the Whey Protein Chocolate - 500g, heavy cream and the vanilla flavoring.
11. Spread the icing over the cake, then carefully roll it into a log.
12. Cut into pieces and voila! Bon appetit.
