White Chocolate Protein Ball Breakfast Pie

Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 75g oats
- 1 egg white
- 30g coconut oil
- 25g coconut powder
For the filling:
- 5 leaves gelatine
- 750 vanilla quark
Decoration:
- 50g white chocolate
- 2 bags Protein Balls White Choco Apricot
- 60g dried or fresh apricots
Instructions:
For the crust:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Melt the coconut oil
- Whip the egg white
- Line a springform pan with baking paper
- Mix the oats, egg white, coconut powder & coconut oil together and press the mixture into the springform pan
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C
For the filling:
- Prepare the gelatine by letting it soak for 5 minutes in cold water
- Squeeze the gelatine and add it to water
- Heat the gelatine until it is melted
- Add the gelatine to the quark and stir well
- Pour the mixture on the crust and refrigerate for 3 hours
- Add the white chocolate on top
- Decorate with the Protein Balls
- Top it off with dried or fresh apricots
