  • 150g of watermelon, without seeds (tip: freeze the watermelon first for extra refreshment on warm days!)
  • 100ml plant-based milk of choice
  • 30g (1 scoop) NXT Level Whey Protein 80 - Vanilla
  • Fresh mint

Nutritional values:

  • 194kcal | 16g carbs | 26g protein | 3g fat | 1g fiber


  1. Blend the watermelon, plant-based milk and protein powder until smooth, and pour into a glass
  2. Top with fresh mint
