Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 15g Whey Isolate 90 - Banana
  • 250ml hot almond milk
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 30g oatmeal
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
