Protein Ice Cream (Popsicles)

For 3 servings (3 popsicles)
Ingredients:
- 3 medium ripe bananas (or 2 big bananas) cut in slices and frozen
- 150ml High Protein Smoothie - Banana
- 1 tsp honey (or other sweetener)
- A few drops of lime juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Variations:
- Chocolate:
- Replace the smoothie by 150ml of High Protein Smoothie - Chocolate
- Add 1 tsp of cocoa powder
- Strawberry:
- Replace the smoothie by 150ml of High Protein Smoothie - Strawberry
- Add 5 strawberries cut in pieces and frozen

Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze mixture for a few hours minimum.
- If you would like to do a mix of 3, pour the first layer, freeze for at least 30-60 min. and pour the second layer. Do the same for the 3rd layer.
