High Protein 3 Layers Smoothie (Plant-Based)

For 3 portions
Ingredients:
- Chocolate layer:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 120ml of plant-based milk of choice
- 3 tbsp plant-based yogurt
- ½ scoop Plant-Based Protein - Choco Hazelnut
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Strawberry layer:
- 1 frozen banana
- 100g frozen strawberries
- 200ml plant-based milk of choice
- Vanilla layer:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150ml plant-based milk of choice
- Topping of choice
Nutritional values (per portion):
170kcal | 7,3g protein | 3,5g fat | 24,2g carbs | 2,7g fibre
Instructions:
- In a blender, place all the ingredients of the 1st layer and blend until smooth. Place in a glass and keep in the freezer or in the fridge, while blending the next layer and repeat this for all 3 layers.
- Finish with the topping of choice.
