High Protein 3 Layers Smoothie (Plant-Based)

For 3 portions


  • Chocolate layer:
  • Strawberry layer:
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 100g frozen strawberries
    • 200ml plant-based milk of choice
  • Vanilla layer:
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 150ml plant-based milk of choice
  • Topping of choice

Nutritional values (per portion):
170kcal | 7,3g protein | 3,5g fat | 24,2g carbs | 2,7g fibre


  1. In a blender, place all the ingredients of the 1st layer and blend until smooth. Place in a glass and keep in the freezer or in the fridge, while blending the next layer and repeat this for all 3 layers.
  2. Finish with the topping of choice.
