Apple Cinnamon Fritter

For 2 persons


  • 1 apple
  • 20g oat meal
  • 20g Whey Protein 80 Apple Cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 10g coconut oil


  1. Cut the apple in to thin slices and remove the core
  2. Mixt protein powder and oatmeal
  3. Beat an egg
  4. Dip the apple first in the egg, than in the protein powder mix
  5. Melt the coconut oil in a pan and fry the apple slices both side until golden brown
  6. Enjoy!
