Apple Cinnamon Fritter

For 2 persons
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 20g oat meal
- 20g Whey Protein 80 Apple Cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 10g coconut oil
Instructions:
- Cut the apple in to thin slices and remove the core
- Mixt protein powder and oatmeal
- Beat an egg
- Dip the apple first in the egg, than in the protein powder mix
- Melt the coconut oil in a pan and fry the apple slices both side until golden brown
- Enjoy!
