"I started with fitness when I was 15 years old. The first 2 years I didn't know exactly what I was looking for here. I wrote a lot about fitness and I also did a study about it. When I was 17 I started to train seriously and I set goals for myself every year. By setting goals you keep yourself motivated!
The reason I started working out was because I didn't used to be the thinnest boy. As a little boy with the age of 12 I already weighted 90kg, and we all know that wasn’t muscle. I wanted to change that, so I decided to change my life. I traded gaming for the gym and that started to work as an addiction.
My training goal is to reach a beautiful and good physical body where everything is in control. I try to reach this goal to follow a strict diet on a regular basis an to train at least 5 times a week. Some people think it is too difficult, but try to find a buddy who wants to join you. The person who's going to drag you into that gym that one time, but also vice versa
At this moment I use the multivitamines, omega 3, creatine en de whey from NXT Level. My favorite products from NXT Level is the chocolate whey, I don’t say it often, but it really taste like real chocolate milk. I mix it with water, and besides other brands this taste is so much better!"
