"Being active has always been an important part of my life. After years of dancing I discovered the world of fitness. I noticed changes in my body composition and I got stronger. I started to read more about nutrition so I could get quicker results. I also learned more about mindset in order to reach my goals and to keep surpassing myself. To me these are all essential and the base to a healthy and vital body. Finding balance in nutrition and training helps me in securing a healthy future.
For the last two years I have been trying to stay away from animal products. At first I didn’t really know what I could eat to reach my daily protein intake, but now it’s really easy!
