"I started working out about a year and a half ago. I hadn't worked out in 2 years because of the job I got back then, but since I started working out again I found a way to combine my job and 4 training sessions per week and I got addicted!
I train 3-4 times a week, a combination of cardio and weight lifting. A tip/trick that I share with other people is that you will never regret working out! You will however regret it if you didn't do your workout.
To gain muscle mass and still stay lean, I do weight trainings and try to eat a lot of protein while having around 2800-3000 calories a day.
When it comes to sports nutrition, I take protein shakes or bars, because I try to take 200g of protein per day. Besides that I also take creatine in phases"
